Should I tip my cleaner?
Tipping is greatly appreciated and is typically 15-20% of the regular cleaning price. Please leave your tip in cash and clearly labeled in an envelope. We do not accept credit card tips at this time.
What if something get broken during cleaning
At Extreme Hospitality Services, we take great care while cleaning, but in the rare event that something gets broken, we handle it professionally. Our team is fully insured, and we will assess the situation promptly. If the damage is our responsibility, we will either repair or replace the item. Customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure a hassle-free experience for our clients.
